Looking to sell your business?

At LS Fire Group through our major brands, one of our key objectives is to grow through acquisition. We are always looking for new opportunities to invest where we can see a healthy return on the investment.

If you are in the fire protection industry and are considering a sale, either now or in the future, we would welcome a call from you. Any discussions we have with you, either formally or informally, will be treated in the strictest confidence. Testimonials can be provided on request to demonstrate our professionalism and the seamless process for the seller.

A well-funded and experienced buyer for your business
With many years of experience in acquisitions, our process is straightforward and efficient.
We are a business which is dedicated to the fire industry and passionate about our customers and the service we offer.

There are five key steps in our acquisitions process:
1. We mutually enter a Non-Disclosure Agreement
2. We hold an informal meeting to learn about your business
3. If both parties are comfortable, we’ll ask for detailed operational information in order to make an appropriate offer
4. If our offer is accepted, we will carry out the necessary due diligence
5. An acquisition contract is issued and, when agreed, funds are transferred

Our process of integration involves retaining your name, pricing structure and trading practices and we are unique in this approach.

Where possible, you and your existing employees will have the option to continue working for the business. We can confirm that many of the employees that transferred to us through acquisition are still enjoying working with us today.

This method of retaining successful practices is appreciated by vendors, staff and clients.

The LS Fire Group is leading the charge when it comes to fire safety across Europe and the UK. If you choose to join, you will be able to benefit from our years of experience and expertise and our high-quality products.
